Delivery Terms & Conditions

Willow’s Flower and Plant Subscriptions are delivered within the cities of Manteca, Ripon, Salida, Escalon,  Modesto, Ceres, Hughson, Keyes, Turlock, Riverbank, and Oakdale. Deliveries will be made Wednesday to Saturday, between the hours of 11AM and 4PM PST. We cannot guarantee delivery time, but we will do our best to accommodate your time preference.

Unfortunately, we are only able to make one delivery attempt. If we are unable to locate the recipient at the time of delivery, we may leave the flowers outside of the residence or with a nearby business or neighbor. If we do leave the flowers or plant somewhere else, we will notify the recipient by phone or email that you have provided during checkout.

Daily Deliveries:  When purchasing a mixed bouquet or plant, your order will be delivered the next day within our delivery days.  (i.e purchasing a mixed bouquet on Wednesday, will get delivered out on Thursday.  If purchasing a mixed bouquet on Saturday, your order will be delivered on Wednesday, since that is our next delivery day.)

Subscriptions: When choosing a day for delivery, that will be your recurring delivery day as well as billing day.  If you choose the same day that you ordered (ordering on Wednesday, for a delivery day of Wednesday) your subscription will start the following week on that Wednesday.
